01Days 1–3

Kickoff and discovery

Confirm the first event, current scoring process, success measures, contacts and onboarding schedule.

Padeuce leads discovery and documents the plan.

Club confirms the lead, event and decision makers.

Milestone Kickoff notes and launch dates approved.

02Weeks 1–2

Club and event setup

Configure users, courts, fixtures, live scoring and public results using club-approved information.

Padeuce builds the platform setup and imports data.

Club supplies final data, rules, branding, devices and connectivity details.

Milestone Configuration and imported data approved.

03Week 3

Training and rehearsal

Train the Club Lead and scorers, run realistic practice matches and test the fallback process.

Padeuce provides training, guidance and a full rehearsal.

Club assigns staff, attends training and resolves venue or device issues.

Milestone Rehearsal passed and critical actions closed.

04Weeks 3–4

First live event

Complete the technical preflight, run live scoring and publish only club-confirmed results.

Padeuce provides agreed launch support and tracks technical incidents.

Club runs the competition, resolves disputes and confirms official results.

Milestone Event closed with every result confirmed.

05Within 3 days

Review and continuation

Review performance, capture improvements and agree the next event and operating plan.

Both leads review the measures, actions and any required service changes.

Milestone Review accepted and next-event plan confirmed.

48-hour go-live gate

Both leads approve readiness 48 hours before play.

  • Rules, fixtures, courts and times are final
  • Players, teams, users and permissions are tested
  • Scorers have completed a practice match
  • Connectivity, devices and support contacts are ready
  • Critical rehearsal issues are closed or covered
On event day
